1. Return & Exchange Window

Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

If the item you received is defective or incorrect, Nitro Niche will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be ineligible for return. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
