3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Fees: A flat fee of ₹80.00 applies to all orders under ₹2,000.00.

  • Free Shipping: To receive free shipping on orders over ₹2,000.00, you must apply the coupon code NITRO2000 at checkout.

  • Timelines: Handling takes 0–2 business days. Transit takes 0–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

4. Cancellation and Exchange

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled prior to being handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Method: All returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The original ₹80 shipping fee is non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, violate any laws, or transmit harmful content such as viruses or malware.
