Shipping Area:

  • We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Shipping Cost:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹80.00 applies to all orders under ₹2,000.00.
  • Free Shipping Offer: Customers with an order value above ₹2,000.00 are eligible for Free Shipping.
  • How to Apply: To receive free shipping on orders over ₹2,000.00, you must enter the coupon code NITRO2000 at checkout.

Note: This coupon is only valid for orders exceeding a total value of ₹2,000.00.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • To ensure order commitment, we require a nominal advance payment of ₹150.00 at the time of checkout. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash to the delivery partner upon arrival.

 Order Processing (Handling Time):

  • 0 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
 

Transit Time:

  • 0 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

Total Delivery Time:

  • 2 – 7 Business Days.

Order Cut-off Time:

  • 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Heavy Items Note:

  • For heavy components (e.g., Lead-Acid batteries or large Hub Motors), additional shipping charges may be calculated at checkout based on weight.

Tracking:

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
