  • 1. Return & Exchange Window

    We offer a [7]-day return/exchange period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    2. Shipping Costs for Returns

    • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    • Shipping Fee Refunds: The original flat-rate shipping fee of ₹80.00 (for orders under ₹2,000) is non-refundable.

    • Coupon-Based Orders: If you used the code NITRO2000 for free shipping and your return brings the total order value below ₹2,000, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

    3. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If the item you received is defective or incorrect, Nitro Niche will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be ineligible for return. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

    5. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved Refunds: Payments will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.) within [7-10] working days.
